COVID-19 Protocols & Procedures
We are committed to the safety of our patients while providing the upmost care. We have taken many precautionary measures to keep our patients and staff safe during these unprecedented times. We have modified our appointment schedule to reduce the number of patients and staff at any given time in our office.
Our staff are screened and are only working if they are healthy and have no symptoms. All Staff are fully equipped with the appropriate personal protective equipment. Employees and patients are required to wear a mask in our office. We have intensive sanitizing protocols between patients and through-out the day.
We are offering in person visits as well as telehealth visits to our patients. For patients coming into our office for an appointment we will screen them prior to appointment. Masks are mandatory and temperatures are taken before the patient is brought back.
For those deemed at risk and/or have COVID-19 like symptoms, a plan for COVID testing and/or Telehealth visit will be determined by the Triage Nurse.

Information for COVID-19 Positive Patients
You have recently been diagnosed with coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) and instructed to begin/continue self-quarantine to prevent the illness from spreading to others.
Fortunately, the majority of patients can safely be managed at home. However, it is important for you to closely monitor your symptoms and to seek immediate medical attention if you develop emergency warning signs for COVID-19 (e.g. difficulty breathing, persistent pain or pressure in your chest, confusion, bluish lips or face.)
Household member, intimate partners, caregivers, and other close contacts are required to self-quarantine for 14 days from the date of their last contact with you. Asymptomatic contacts should also closely monitor their health and call their primary care provider, if they develop symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
